You may use this Service for:
- Generating barcodes for legitimate business purposes
- Creating product labels, inventory tags, and shipping labels
- Personal and commercial projects
- Educational purposes
4. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use this Service to:
- Generate barcodes for counterfeit or fraudulent products
- Create fake identification documents
- Infringe on trademarks or intellectual property

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
5. Barcode Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for:
- Verifying generated barcodes scan correctly before use
- Ensuring your input data is correct
- Complying with barcode standards (GS1, etc.) for your use case
We recommend testing barcodes with a scanner before mass printing.
6. Intellectual Property
The barcodes you generate are yours to use. The Service itself (code, design, branding) remains our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Barcode scanning failures or errors
- Business losses resulting from barcode issues
- Any damages arising from use of the Service
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (which is $0 for the free version).
8. Modifications
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
9. Termination
We may restrict access to users who violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in appropriate jurisdiction.
